Sinéad Keeley
I’m a therapist and coach with over 20 years of experience, working integratively and compassionately, drawing on a range of approaches to meet each client where they are. I can help you explore the deeper roots of what’s going on, while also supporting you to take practical steps towards the changes you want in your life.
I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, identity exploration, self‑esteem, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences. I also have a particular interest in supporting people who feel ‘stuck’ or disconnected from themselves and their relationships.
Whether you’re exploring your identity, facing overwhelm, or just looking for a space to be fully yourself, you are welcome here.

Sinéad Keeley Therapy
Bringing awareness to the whole self
— body, mind, and emotions.
Neurodivergent, LGBTQI+, and dog-friendly!
As someone who is AuDHD, identifies as bisexual, and is a single parent to two incredible neurodivergent teenage girls, I bring both lived and learned experience of the world to my work. I understand the challenges of navigating a world designed for neurotypical minds and offer a space where you are seen, heard, and supported.
Whether you’re exploring your identity, untangling the impact of past experiences, or simply needing a place to breathe and just be, my practice is a safe, affirming, and inclusive space. And yes — if you’re a dog lover, you’ll know you’re in good company here too.

Trauma-informed therapy for personal growth and healing.
Alongside my private practice, I work one-to-one and in groups within a charity supporting survivors of abuse. This work has deeply shaped my approach, embedding a trauma-informed understanding of the complexities of pain, resilience, and recovery.
Compassionate therapy tailored to your unique needs.
Gestalt therapy is collaborative and creative. It’s about gently bringing awareness to your experience, understanding the needs beneath it, and experimenting with new possibilities — all at your pace, in a space where you are fully supported. This means our sessions are not one-size-fits-all: they are shaped by you, for you, and responsive to what you need in each moment.
Whether you want to untangle the impact of past experiences, explore your identity, or simply find more space to breathe and be yourself, I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are.
