Compassionate therapy tailored to your unique needs
I’m a counsellor and coach with over 20 years of experience, working integratively and compassionately and drawing on a range of approaches to meet you where you are. I can help you explore the deeper roots of what’s going on, while also supporting you to take practical steps towards the changes you want in your life.
I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, self-esteem, identity and sexuality, life transitions and the impact of past experiences. I also have a particular interest in supporting people who feel ‘stuck’, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves or their relationships.
Counselling and coaching are collaborative and creative. Sessions are shaped around you rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Sometimes you may need space to slow down, understand your experiences and explore what lies beneath them. At other times, you may want practical support to make changes, work towards goals or find new ways of moving forward. We can adapt our work together depending on what you need.
Whether you’re struggling with something specific, navigating a major life change, exploring your identity, or simply looking for a space where you can be fully yourself, you are welcome here.

Bringing awareness to the whole self
— body, mind, and emotions.

Sessions are available online or in person in St Albans.
Neurodivergent friendly!
As someone who is AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD) and a parent to two neurodivergent teenagers, I bring both lived and professional experience to my work. I support neurodivergent adults with issues including identity, relationships, anxiety, burnout, masking and self-esteem, as well as parents navigating the unique challenges of raising autistic and/or ADHD children.
Whether you’re adjusting to a diagnosis, trying to understand yourself or your child, or simply finding your way through a different journey, I offer a supportive space to explore what you need and what might help.
You don’t need to be neurodivergent to work with me. I welcome neurotypical and neurodivergent clients from all backgrounds and with a wide range of reasons for seeking counselling or coaching.

Trauma-informed therapy for personal growth and healing.
Alongside my private practice, I work one-to-one and in groups within a charity supporting survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. This work has deeply shaped my approach, embedding a trauma-informed understanding of the complexities of pain, resilience and recovery.
I can support you to explore the impact of difficult or traumatic experiences in a way that feels safe, compassionate and manageable, without losing sight of the person you are beyond what has happened to you.
LGBTQ+ inclusive, ENM & kink friendly
My practice is LGBTQ+ inclusive and welcomes people exploring sexuality, gender, relationships and identity.
I’m also ENM (ethically non-monogamous) and kink-friendly. Whether you’re navigating consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, open relationships, kink or BDSM, you can talk openly and honestly without fear of judgement.
I recognise that relationships and sexuality don’t always fit traditional expectations, and you don’t need to justify or defend your choices in the therapy room. My role is to help you explore what is right for you, understand your needs and boundaries, and navigate the challenges that may arise.
You don’t need to be LGBTQ+, ENM or involved in kink to work with me. This is simply part of my commitment to creating an inclusive, accepting space where you can bring your whole self.
