Sometimes we know exactly what’s wrong. Sometimes we just know that something doesn’t feel right.

You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress or relationships. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. You may be navigating a major life change, questioning your identity, processing difficult experiences or simply finding that the ways you’ve coped in the past aren’t working anymore.

Counselling offers a space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we can explore your experiences, emotions, relationships and patterns with curiosity and compassion, without judgement.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come to counselling. You can start exactly where you are.

Counselling shaped around you

I work integratively, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches rather than expecting everyone to fit the same model. Our sessions are collaborative. I won’t tell you how you should feel or what you should do. Instead, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening for you and what you need.

Sometimes that might mean exploring your history and the deeper roots of a difficulty. Sometimes it might mean paying attention to what is happening in the present moment, noticing patterns in your relationships or experimenting with different ways of responding.

The pace is yours.

We can go deeper when you’re ready, slow things down when you need to, and adapt our work as your needs change. My aim is not simply to help you cope, but to help you develop a greater understanding of yourself and create more choice in how you live your life.
