Practical, compassionate coaching for life, career and ADHD — helping you turn insight into action and create changes that work for you.

What do you want to change?

Sometimes you know something needs to change, but you’re not sure where to start. You might feel stuck in your career, overwhelmed by everyday life, struggling with ADHD, or simply know that you want something different. Coaching gives you a space to step back, work out what you want and focus on what will help you get there.

My approach is collaborative, practical and tailored to you. Rather than giving you a one-size-fits-all formula, we’ll work together to understand what’s getting in the way, identify what matters to you and find strategies and actions that fit your life.

You don’t need to have a five-year plan. Sometimes the first step is simply working out what you actually want.

Coaching that works with you, not against you

I don’t believe coaching should be about someone telling you what you should be doing.

We’ll work collaboratively to understand where you are now, where you want to be and what might be getting in the way. Together, we’ll break things down into manageable steps, experiment with different approaches and find strategies that are realistic for your life.

My counselling background also means I can recognise when something may need more than a practical solution. Sometimes feeling stuck isn’t simply about motivation or organisation — there may be anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, identity or past experiences underneath it. When that happens, we can acknowledge and explore those things rather than simply trying to push past them.

The aim is to help you develop greater clarity, confidence and choice, and to make changes that are sustainable rather than simply adding another list of things you feel you should be doing.
